By accessing or using SharpROI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 years or older.

2. Service Description

SharpROI is a data analytics platform that provides information about sports betting market movements. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or operate as a sportsbook. We provide market data for informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The information we provide is based on observed market data and statistical analysis. We make no guarantees about future results. Past performance does not predict future outcomes. Sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding sports betting.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscription & Payment

Pro and VIP plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our refund policy stated on the pricing page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Resell, redistribute, or share signals with non-members.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without explicit permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and methodology of SharpROI are the property of SharpROI. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal purposes during your active subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SharpROI, its affiliates, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or betting losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SharpROI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Age Restriction

The Service is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts of underage users.

14. Geographic Restrictions

The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with local laws. The Service is not intended for use in jurisdictions where sports betting tools are prohibited.
